Unfamiliar leadership

On 3-3-2019 the earth hour effectiveness held in the association of disabled children, it was a lovely day with positive energy. Our day went smoothly by doing different tasks .suddenly, I heard a voice from the behind called my name 😦 Lamyaa come please we need to talk with you). Atthis moment a lot of questions came on my minds and I was so confused, till I knew what they want me to do … they asked me to be speakers in the conference as it is prepared by our team. At the first time, I refused that I couldn’t and I have something else then after few seconds I heard the voice inside myself Lamya why you can do it ‘ then another inner voice ‘ no Lamya it is better to excuse, they are famous speakers and you can’t .. I was between two inner voices (positive and negative). At 3/4/2019 I was a speaker at the conference

(Ready to give)

Fellow toastmasters and most welcome gusts good evening

According to the story who has guided me

My leader in our team as he is Autocratic leader which he is always focused on the result and efficiency or my parents as they are Democratic leaders in our home which they are always asking for discussion and participation in everything .?

No, the one who has guided me and we can name it as unfamiliar leadership (my inner voice)

Then what is the inner voice

We will define it as the one which is offering guidance, gently and urgently. Sometimes you listened and other times you brushed it aside then thought nothing of it.

So this voice is your guide of all guides to a life of greatness.

You cannot attune to this inspiring voice without living a more inspiring life.

Genius, creativity, and silent power emerge from your heart and mind the moment you do.

So when your heart is opened wide with gratitude your inner voice becomes loud and clear, and your most life-expanding messages enter into your mind with ease, then it is almost impossible to stop your inner voice from speaking clearly and profoundly.

For sure, this voice goes by different names: inner voice, inner guide, spiritual guide, inner wisdom, either whatever you choose.

As published in Linda Spiden article about the inner voice: does not no only relieves the loneliness, it may also make you smarter and that is when it helps you to clarify your thoughts, tends to what is important and firm up any decision.

Then Linda is mention three types of the inner voice that will make you aware and feel better about yourself:

1/Complimentary: Why wait to get compliments from another? If you deserve them, give them to yourself

2/Motivational: You may not feel like doing boring or difficult tasks but you can motivate yourself to get going with a much kinder voice. “Hey sweetie-, (that’s you you’re talking to). You’ve got time this morning to prepare yourself, to do what you want..

3/Outer Dialogue: Having trouble with making a decision? Should you stay or should you go? Speak up or stay silent? Buy this gift or that gift? Choices aren’t easy

Yes, listening for your inner voice is like training a new muscle. It won’t happen overnight, but if you make a consistent effort to hone it, the stronger it will become—like a tuner tuning in to the right frequency. During this process, you will learn more about yourself and it will be a game-changer

Finally, there are few meaningful daily practices to put in place are ones you are probably familiar with:

· Live your moments

· Don’t judge any things and comparing it with others

· Surround yourself with people who support you and your dreams

· Meditation

As Steve Jobs said your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.
